foot inside Liverpool Cathedral you truly enter a great space. Sir John
Betjeman called it ‘one of the great buildings of the world.’ Not only
this, but the Cathedral is a truly world-class visitor attraction, has a
full programme of events and hosts many conferences, large-scale gala
dinners and functions. The Tower is one of the city’s ‘must see’
attractions with panoramic views across the whole region, and following
the great success in 2010 of the late-night’ openings on Thursdays, the
facility (tower only) will be open again in 2011, each Thursday, until 8pm
(last ticket 7.30pm) from 25th March through to 28th October for
spectacular night-time views.
