Mossley Hill Hockey Club is made up of 7 adult teams all playing league hockey. We are a growing club with 3 men’s teams and (from September 2008) 4 Ladies’ teams. Players range in age from 13 to 60 (ish) and all abilities are welcome. The women are the current holders of the Lancs League trophy and are representing Lancashire in the North of England competition this year.
From mid-August until the end of March we train at Liverpool Hope University pitch on Tuesday evenings from 8 – 9pm and play home matches either at Hope or at IM Marsh (JMU).
As a club we have 4 social events throughout the season including an annual dinner. Our AGM is held in April and we have a committee who meet monthly throughout the year to make sure that the section runs smoothly.
