DINO FACTS

Barosaurus could defend itself by rising up onto its hind legs and raising its long neck into the air.  The great strain meant that it could not have remained upright for long due, but this towering sight would have frightened off most predators.
By looking through the air vents in its crested head, the Corythosaurus could emit loud honking noises, believed to be a way of communicating with others.  This theory is supported by the fact that the Dinosaur had a highly developed hearing system.
One huge fossil site has revealed the remains of more than 1,000 adult and infant Triceratops that were all drowned together in a river that flooded whilst they attempted to cross it.
Tyrannosaurus Rex was able to produce new teeth  throughout its whole life, replacing those damaged or worn.
