Personal Statement

I am enthusiastic, flexible, tolerant, reliable and a hard working individual.  I have varied experience and transferable skills in IT and customer services. I always like to communicate with my colleagues.  I am a hard worker, honest, trustworthy, happy and a highly motivated person.  I am very conscientious and enjoy undertaking new tasks which allow me to develop both personally and professionally.  I am able to take instructions well and have the ability to work individually, and as a part of a team.  In my role as a Volunteer Office Assistant I had to welcome the customers with warmth and try to make them feel comfortable.  My role was also to give some advice and make them an appointment for more qualified advice from an advisor.
